By accessing or using d2bsuite's products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

d2bsuite provides business suite software including CrmD (Customer Relationship Management), PeopleD (Human Resource Management), LedgerD (Accounting & Financial Management), d2b-PreownedCars (Car Sales Management), Siddham (Clinic Management), and Godesk (Project Management). We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data. We process your data solely to provide our services to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes unrelated to providing our services.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA for all production services. In the event of downtime exceeding this, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in their subscription agreement.
