“Where is truck 12 right now?”
Your team calls drivers to find out where they are. Customers wait. Nobody is sure.
Fleet tracking & fuel management
Fleet Telematics is one simple screen for your whole fleet: live GPS tracking, trip history, driver records, geofences and fuel control. Built for fleets in the UAE.
Works with the GPS trackers you already use: Teltonika, Queclink, Galileosky, JT808 devices and any Wialon IPS tracker.
Why it matters
Your team calls drivers to find out where they are. Customers wait. Nobody is sure.
Fuel is your biggest running cost, but the tank, the pump and the trucks never agree, and nobody can say where the missing litres went.
When there is a complaint or a speeding fine, the answer is spread across paper logs, WhatsApp messages and memory.
Fleet Telematics puts all of this in one place, updated live.

Truck 12 · 62 km/h
Near Al Quoz
See every vehicle on the map, updated every few seconds. Each vehicle is coloured by status, so you can tell at a glance which are Moving, Idle (engine on, standing), Stopped, or have No signal. Search by plate number and click any vehicle to see its speed, location name and route for the last 1, 6 or 24 hours.
A customer asks “where is my delivery?” You search the plate and tell them “it’s 10 minutes away, near Al Quoz”, without calling the driver.
Pick any vehicle and any day to see the full route on the map, every stop, and every trip. Press play to watch the day again at 10×, 60× or 300× speed.
A driver says he was at the customer at 2 pm. The replay shows exactly when he arrived and how long he stayed.
Draw an area on the map, such as a depot, a customer site, a fuel station or a no-go zone. The system records every time a vehicle enters or leaves, shows which vehicles are inside right now, and can pop up an alert in the app.
Draw a circle around your depot and see the moment each truck leaves in the morning and comes back at night.
Set a speed limit for each vehicle. Every time it goes over, the system records when, where, how fast, for how long, and who was driving.
Truck 006 has an 80 km/h limit. It drove at 95 km/h for 1.5 minutes on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. You see it in the report the same day.
Keep one record for each driver, with licence expiry, card number and the vehicle they are assigned to. When a driver taps a driver card, the trip is linked to them automatically.
Ahmed is usually on truck 12, but Ravi used his card on Monday, so Monday’s trips show Ravi.
Daily distance, trips, stops and speeding for up to 3 months, filtered by vehicle, group or driver. Download as Excel or PDF with one click.
A bell in the top bar shows new alerts (for example “Truck 21 left the depot”) with read and unread tracking for each user.
Fuel management
Think of a depot with its own diesel tank and pumps. Fleet Telematics follows the fuel from the moment the tanker arrives until it is inside a truck, and checks the numbers every day like a bank statement.
Step 1
Record how many litres the delivery note says and how many actually went into the tank. Any difference is shown straight away.
Step 2
The tank gauge reports the level automatically every few minutes, so you always know what is in the tank.
Step 3
The pump reads two tags, one fixed on the truck and the driver’s card. Fuel is released only if this driver is allowed to fuel this truck, with the right fuel type and within the daily limit. Every refusal is recorded.
Step 4
Every day the system does the maths for you. If the tank holds less than it should, you see the gap at once (a possible leak, theft or unrecorded fuelling).
200 Lmissing
CheckThe day stays marked “Check” until someone explains the gap.
The truck’s own tracker watches its fuel level.
Fuel up while parked
If fuel goes up while parked with no matching fill at your pump, the truck was fuelled somewhere else.
Fuelled somewhere elseFuel down while parked
If fuel goes down while parked, it is flagged as a possible drain.
Possible drainHow it works
Step 1
Point your existing GPS devices to Fleet Telematics. New devices appear automatically and wait for your approval, so no unknown device gets in by mistake.
Step 2
Link each tracker to a vehicle, and group vehicles by depot, region or customer.
Step 3
Live map, alerts, reports and fuel control start working straight away.

Most tools do one or the other. Here the pump, the tank and the truck’s tracker check each other.
